Dafabet Doesn't what to pay out

So I was watching a live game in india/sikkim the league was sikkim premier league and I betted on that league. my bet was under 4.5 goals. the match ended 3-1 but I guess the guy who was covering the game inplay for Dafabet in the ground gave a extra goals which made that 4-1. as I was live at game watching I know the match had ended 3-1 and the club office page the sikkim football federation page all his posted that the match have ended 3-1 but still the Dafabet refuse to believe and refuse to pay me out.

I even checked with other bookmakers and Bet365 confirmed indeed the score was 3-1 not not 4-1


can any one help me out with this? what action can I take against them?

Dafabet can't decide what the results were themselves - they have to use some sort of data provider/official source.So ask them which one they have used for this result,and then contact that provider/source to check what has happened.

They Have used https://777score.ph/football/matches/aakraman-xi-boys-club-03-08-2018-604066 as a source upon contacing them they expected they made a error without verification and will update the correct FT score ASAP. I told this to Dafabet they are not will tho listen the will winning bet was over 4k euros .

It might be worth checking that the source has updated the result correctly,and then contacting Dafabet and pointing that out.If they still refuse to listen,try to get their written response [email or livechat transcript ].
