Simple answer. Do the tours when the team is on the road

The tours are year round - actually did them when was in town down the street for work and had a weekend to kill.

Very unique and well worth the cost - this was offseason though.

As to players complaining - so it’s annoying to be “watched” at work ? You’re a freaking NFL player - literally you are paid to be watched at work. Other places don’t do it because they don’t have a facility that makes non football fans want to tour it. Plenty of teams do tours - just less publicized and not as in depth.
