Coral mugged me off

Hi I joined coral about a month ago and today I wanted to withdraw some money out of my account then they asked my to verify my account so I did all that then I asked them how long it would take until I could withdraw money they said 72 hours I said joking oh I need to get some Xmas presents with some of that money which the man told me that they are going to close my account because this goes against bet awareness rules really what a joke
