Coolbet experience

Hey can anyone tell me how coolbet is rated? Couldn’t find it here but I have a sizeable balance there and feel like I’m just talk to myself whenever I try to get help from customer service. Took a month to verify (my fault since my bank statement didn’t come till February 16th) but now 2 days later it’s verified and I’m told I am in the queue for one more document.

should I be worried? They seem like a top sports book and I really enjoy using the site but I want my funds.

Why would you think they are Top Sportsbook???

It’s a top rated book on SBR and before leaving Ontario it was highly rated. They sponsor rugby teams and a lot of people seem to use them on twitter etc.

Oh it’s a legal book in Canada?

if so you should be able to do something

I've played there sporadically, took one withdrawal back in 2023 with no problem.
