This time out a month or more

This guy's biggest strength is running the ball & if he's going to get hurt all the time by doing so, this isn't going to turn out well for the Colts
Thx for the note, Wags. A few things:

1) I thought he was way over-hyped at Florida. To his credit, he's exceeded my expectations in his short NFL career.
2) Same maxim from the L60 years in the NFL. Running QBs don't last.
...And if you run, you have to have a) the arm to match and b) the smarts to avoid big hits.

I mentioned that the Colts probably had the best 1/2 QB-punch in the league. Yes, time for more Minshew magic. With a guy like Richardson on the roster, you even need the #3 qb to be ready.

He could miss up to at least a month with a AC joint sprain. He will be getting a second opinion on his status.
Jerky, that's a great note. This is the reason I was anti-NO on Sunday.

Granted, they lost ATS. But that was more b/c of Mac Jones. Derek Carr is still carrying an injury that requires additional rest.

I totally agree

He wasn't very good at Florida

But you know how these scouts never learn their lesson about drooling over physical abilities

I must say though, he's done better than I expected

Wait check that, sorry you were doing an injury comparison lol my bad.
No problem. I'm saying that it sometimes helps to have an MD view on these injuries.

Nice video on Youtube. Let's assume that the AC injury for Carr is similar to the injury Richardson sustained.

The MD said that an AC is a 2 to 4-week injury:
*Carr should not have played vs TBay.
*He was healthier at New Eng. But the Saints didn't win b/c of Carr. They won b/c Mac Jones gift-wrapped the game.

Check the injury reports on Carr this week. Try to figure out if he's throwing well in practice.

This is the type of shit that I love to read and why you are an asset to any forum you may post at. You might not get this perspective elsewhere but when you come here that’s what time it is.
