Versatile guard Terance Mann has agreed to a three-year, $47 million contract extension with the LA Clippers, sources confirmed to ESPN on Friday.
Mann, who turns 28 next month, started a career-high 71 games last season and averaged 8.8 points to go with 3.4 rebounds. With Paul George leaving for Philadelphia in free agency and Kawhi Leonard carefully dealing with inflammation in his surgically repaired right knee entering next week's training camp, Mann will have the biggest opportunity of his career to showcase what he can do.
"Super excited to re-sign with the team who has been with me from the beginning," Mann told Andscape's Marc Spears. "It's been a great five seasons with this organization and I'm excited to see where it goes from here."
