That would be a great place for him to land because its a less high profile job and he won't be under pressure to win. He's a great coach just has to stay out of trouble and who knows maybe he can turn a bad program around in a few years.

I think the charges were already dropped based on the article:

"On Feb. 15, the charges were dropped after Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza reviewed the evidence and took into account Trew's wishes not to prosecute Beard."

The main question is, is he still together with that fiance?

Perfect spot for him. In Mississippi the crowd is less likely to be upset with someone who may/may not have beaten their wife. Just my opinion.

Totally agree with you BigJay! It cause his career, how can you forgive someone who ruined your career? It happened once and it will happen again in the future.
