Tampa Bay making professional athletes room together (the young ones) is crazy. They can opt out for $1700/yr fee. They had 13 rookies this year --> $22,100 to allow them all to have their own room.

Their team salary was $192M.
$22k is 0.01% of their salary budget. Its a damn rounding error.

I've always wondered when Arrowhead would be replaced. I remember going to a Chiefs game when I was in college oh so many decades ago.

I wonder what the team valuation was back then compared to now. If not building a new stadium, at least give the players the same perks that other teams are getting you cheapskates!

I was always in awe of the stadium. Why? It was only the only stadium I went to for a NFL game as a kid. I could have attended LA Coliseum and been impressed.
