I'm liking BC in this one. The line has dropped from -4 down to -1.5 (Heritage).

Winnipeg:
WPG won last week with a lot of luck. They beat Toronto 23-22 due to a missed extra point by TOR at the end of the game. Toronto blew them out of the water on the stats line. The only "good" team WPG has played is the Ottawa Redblacks. They did win that game 19-12 three weeks ago but again were beaten in the stats pretty handily.

BC Lions:
This team is running up the scores, albeit against the dogs in the league. The only "good" team they've played is Ottawa Redblacks. Looking at that game, they won 34-31 last week. The score looked close but it wasn't. Ottawa scored with 30 seconds left to get within 3. The stats for the game had BC huge over the Redblack. It would have been worse if not for 3 turnovers by BC QB.


BC is also playing with some swagger. Headlines yesterday...

Maybe its bulletin board motivation for Blue Bombers but lets be honest, WPG offense has stunk this year.

As far as the total for this game it has climbed from a 47.5 open to 51.

I think we can expect 30 or more out of BC Lions but the WPG offense is so poor, I can't feel confident they'll provide enough to push it over the total. Then again, the Lions could step up and score 40. The total seems a tough one to read for this game due to uncertainty with WPG offense.


Game total points this year for WPG: 36, 31, 38, 45. 3-1 for the Under. The only game over was last week when Toronto scored at the end of the game to push it over.
