Kerr county (Kerrville, Fredericksburg) got hit very hard. Rain system just circled over them for a very long time and more is forecast next 24 hours

The news said the youngest campers were the ones who were closest to the river. Second and third graders

Exactly. Spring Branch. About 20 minutes away from Canyon Lake as the crow flies, now expecting major flooding

That flooding will fl into the lake
