Cashing out bitcoin

Anyone know of any sites you can transfer bitcoin into cash without paying insane rate? Those bitcoin atm are robbery 10-15%. I recently went to a business that exchanges it the guy starts saying how he needs a ID and me holding up my ID. So he starts saying how he is registered I cut him off and ask what's the rate he says 5%.

im sure at most online crypto exchanges you can get around 0.5% fee or less if you use their advanced trading sections. coinbase, gemini, ftx, etc. its not instant though since you have to wait for bank transfers.

I use CashApp and normally selling is around 1-1/5 %
