Cash App issue, customer service won't help or fix the issue.

I have spent hours on the and talked to many different customer service agents and supervisors. My account has been flagged and I can only buy BTC and hold it and sell it back. I can no longer send my BTC out or receive BTC. They keep on saying its for my protection etc. Nonsense. It was very easy to use, not sure what caused this but I can't get it fixed. I use Binance here in the holy land but looking for another one that was easy like Cashapp, what else is out there?

Took months for my account to be approved

No problems since though and I deposit & withdraw directly, no middle man
