Eagles receive a 3rd and 2nd round pick in exchange for Carson Wentz.

The 2nd round pick is conditional and becomes a 1st Rounder in 2022 if Wentz:

• Plays 75% of the regular-season snaps or
• Plays 70% of the regular-season snaps and Colts make playoffs
