Lets just extrapolate a little.... No wait. A lot. Say KC loses tonight--> 6-7 record.

They close out with....
Chargers
Titans
Broncos
Raider

I could see them going 2-2. --> 8-9 on the season.

Can they make the playoffs?
It's happened before (TB in 2022). Hell 7-9 SEA made it in 2010.

Colts are DONE - they won’t win another game.

Steelers/Ravens - one of those will ‘X’ the other one out.

If the Texans lose tonite - Chiefs would take their spot…..

Might come down to the wire - but the Chiefs look the best (right now, at this moment) for that final Wild Card spot. But not if they lose tonite…..

KC needs to retool for the second half of Mahomes' career anyways. Kelce is washed, the receivers are still not very good
