bwin cancelled my all bet

yesterday have open a account at bwin. have send the drive license from yesterday.

i play normally until before 10 min, at live section show me the message my account is closed.

i go at my account and see all my bets cancelled. and have leave at acc 299.59 euro(deposit 300 eurw).

i have take screenshot of my acc.

help me.

Your first action should be to get an explanation from Bwin of why they've done that and if possible rectify whatever the problem is.

Did you do that? If so, what did they say?

BWIN is worst company,the webpage looks nice but they not budered to reply to customers.I m waiting 1week and no answear from them.I bet on soccer over 2,5goal in the match and result was 7-0,but in my coupon shows as lost.And they dont solving the problem.I think that it's could happend to anyone like me.My stake was small and the call to them is not worse the amount of "lost".
Be carefull with big stakes!

As with all orange and red list bookmakers, you need to be very wary betting at bwin. They have a long history of giving winning players the run around. Normally you need to be patient and keep at them to eventually be paid. Bwin cancelling bets is also something they have done in the past, but as a course of action I'm not sure what to suggest.
