That's how we got universal .08 BAC back in 99. Prior to that it was .15 in some states, .12;.10;.08 in others.
Clinton withheld federal tax dollars from each State that didn't adopt .08.
This is why conservatives are so hesitant to accept or expand Federal programs, because the Federal dollars then override a States right to govern its people.
The electric cars simply will not work in places like Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas or northern MN/ WI. It's too cold, too much snow, too rural and not enough infrastructure to allow for a 3hr interval for charging.
It's absolutely crazy. When the gas car was brought mainstream we didn't go out and kill all the horses...but that's what the liberals are doing here.
