1- poor people. Basically if you're under $25k you now get entirely free health care
2- Farms. Farms will be paid to grow sustainable energy foods.
3- Big Cities. Yup, more $$$ going to Dem cities to implement change and laws regarding emissions & vehicles, light rail, mass transit, etc
Who pays.... ENERGY COMPANIES! With a push towards 40% in renewable this is forced investment. Additional MANDATORY tax collection efforts on big business will result in litigation, I'm guessing it'll be struck down in court, but bottom line is your local gas & electric providers need to reinvest ASAP to get compliant here, and that'll require States approval of rate hikes, which these Companies are already jonesing for giving the current inflation circumstances and legal requirements for dividends, etc.
AND THE KICKER- The White House says this will create HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of jobs lol.
Literally look at 3rd photo. I mean, it's a fukking lie. This is a job killer and look for the entire economy to collapse 1st or 2nd quarter of 2023 under Biden here.
I foresee another 10% pullback in blue chips and continued contraction of GDP, while inflation spirals.
