Bovada questions/help needed

So I signed up for the Crypto exclusive club that gives you 50% on your reloads once a week up to $500. Sent the 1k last night and it didn't register. Do they not have live chat or a phone number for support?? I sent an email and says will get a response prior to 48 hours. I don't want to use any of the funds until the bonus is added but certainly not waiting 2 days. Help please from those that play there.

Do they ask for any ID prior to crypto payouts? If they do, I would like to add it in advance like you can at BM. As stands now, it is a waiting game to wait for email response so cant make a play on 1k deposited. If I play it out with no bonus and withdraw tomorrow than I don't want to get it declined asking for KYC than deposit is basically held hostage for the weekend without a bonus. Less staff $$ does allow for more bonuses though and that bonus is one of the best around. I think it is just a book you have to get use to on how they run things. Once you do than your are golden.

1. NEVER ask to do this. It's one of the biggest red flags for sportsbooks. It's a possible indicator that you are using a beard or stolen ID account and fear that you might not have access to identifying documentation at a later date. At the very least, it indicates you know your way around the industry and might be a sharp. You are asking for your account to be given extra scrutiny. There are some sites which provide the capability to upload such documents on the website in advance (like Bookmaker) - that is fine. But otherwise, having your first payout declined and being asked for KYC is just part of the deal. Plan for the possibility so you won't be disappointed with it happens. What I'll do sometimes is jump on chat right before I want to withdraw, tell them my intentions, and ask them if there's anything special I need to do. Sometimes they'll ask you to send in the docs. Other times, they'll say it's not up to them, and to just submit the payout request and see what the financial department says.

2. Bovada generally does not ask for KYC, but they do at times - both random checks and if they have reason to suspect something.

Thank-you so much for your advice. I could not find a chat button anywhere on the site and phone number just says no phone clerks due to Covid. I posted a message in the community section but asked about the ID thing because didn't want a delay like Monday. I made some casino bets and live 1st reloads so very doubtful they would throw any red flags up. gL with your bets and appreciate your responses.

Community area at Bovada was pretty quick. Just ask any questions there and they change the question to a private message. Bonus was added immediately and like Don'ttailme said KYC typically not needed. Must have book especially if you want live action on Nascar or a golf tournament. Not many offer it.

They have live chat. Click on your Avatar. Then click on anything on the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page, it ask "did you find what you were looking for?"

Hit no, option to chat is there.

They do, but a lot of people report having it time out before any agent responds. It probably depends on what time of day/week you're trying. In any case, that's why I suggested the community forum - no disconnect possible there.
