Bovada issue

I already filled out a complaint form earlier today and hope somebody at BMR can help me. For anyone who is thinking about putting their money into BOVADA you may want to read what they did to me. Bovada loves to stand by the fact that their site is for entertainment purposes however they seem to forget that players are depositing real money.I have never come across such unfriendly behavior of a bookmaker towards me.


1. My account was blocked immediately after I tried to upload my identity card through your website. The selfie didn't even work out. Before that, I sent the documents to the address verification@bovada.lv and received a letter that the documents were approved and I just need to take a selfie through the website.

2. OK, you don't like my DL for some reason, OK, no problem, I can provide you with my other government ID, no problem, but they just close my account and reset all my balance, including my own deposit of 220 out of 470
3. I opened an account in order to bet on NASCAR once (to make it more interesting to watch), I deposited my own money about 220 dollars for the first 2 deposits. NO CREDIT CARDS, NO BONUSES, I didn't need money laundering problems. JUST MY deposit and "small ball" bets for fun.
4. What is the point of me opening an account in someone else's name? I put 100 maximums on large markets. I haven't received any bonuses from you, I haven't used a credit card, what's the point? I just put a couple of times for fun. IT's JUST a NONSENS. I am who I am and I can confirm it, I passed the verification on largest bitcoin exchanges without any problems, and then bovada decided to instantly close my account and take the money. Amazing

There is almost no situation where a bookmaker should be touching your deposited money.

This is surprising as I signed up through BMR links I want to say Spring of this year and deposited with crypto and bet large amounts taking bonuses and have had no issues on withdraws and they didn't even ask for an ID or nothing.
