Bovada investigation need help

Bovada 3 weeks investigation have had the account for 3 years...and withdraw over 50 times. Have a balance of 50220 in the account I have all the screenshots. To prove it they have been ghosting me for weeks now when I hit the chat they reply that it's under review and I must wait for an email which I don't think will ever come. Does anyone have any solutions ideas or ways I can get my account reopened I did not violate any of the terms of service and I submitted all my ideas to them can anyone help thanks

Terrible service man they are I've been with them for a long time so I felt good because I was getting withdraws and deposits fast large amounts.. bookmaker I tried but there live bets suck plus the lines are crap I use betonline.ag they pay for sure I hit a jackpot on a slot they cashed me out 80k fast but honestly Im sick of bovada and hope they don't stiff me I attached screenshots so you don't think I'm bs man terrible situation

yes bol is very good too, nothing is better than pinny imo, but if you live in the usa you got to jump past many hoops to play there, one know a person out of the states you can trust, lucky i know a couple and never had a problem over my many yrs, just like offshore bank accounts
