Bovada disabled my account after 1 week of playing

Signed up a week ago, deposited around 10k, played basically every day just betting sports, 5 days later they send me a message saying after careful deliberation management has decided to adjust my wagering limits, at that point i can only bet peanuts so i try to cash out with 14k balance, next day they disabled my account and ask for selfie with ID and bill. I sent it lol and I'm waiting to hear back. I'll update this thread as I go

Maximum timeframe to get paid will be 3 months, average time is usually 3 weeks. They are still the only major sportbook to take this long to KYC, and disable your account while they do it, something needs to change with their process

This is not true. I've been disabled for 5.5 months. Every time I email they tell me to be patient and they'll let me know when the investigation is concluded. There's other threads from people who have been waiting over 3 months as well

How is this allowed? I thought BMR would contact these sites and put pressure on them to get it handled. It's been 5 months and 2 weeks.

This is wild that bovada, who has a pretty good reputation, treats its customers like this. With my case and others I am hoping its mostly corporate incompetence. To keep people in the dark for months at a time, holding their money, isn't right.

The Bovada CSR's on live chat are pretty terrible, and will make up things as they go along. I haven’t been stiffed on a withdrawal at Bovada, but I’ve never played at a place that incorrectly grades bets so frequently, especially prop bets. I’ve had to make posts on the Bovada community forums multiple times after trying to talk to CSR’s, for them to actually correct their mistakes. I’m not a fan of having to jump through hoops like that but will out of principle.

Also, I submitted a one star review on the Bovada forum, but it’s been ‘awaiting approval’ for several days. However reviews on forums from brand new accounts that look like obvious shills have gone through! In fact, somebody who joined today just posted a 5 star review on the Bovada forum... Interpret that information however you’d like.

i hear ya. i won 20k on a golfer, couldnt win more than 10 dollars or something lol

Wonder if it is a cash flow issue now or just tired of getting anyone competent playing there? This is getting nuts where it isnt just limiting players anymore...now if you show any skill, we are not going to even pay you after limiting you. Just awful. These ratings on this site seriously need to be updated or just pull all of them.

I got limited a few years ago with these guys. Nice NHL totals (they didnt like my NHL action) limits. Cant even bet the min $1 or whatever it is. Did get paid quickly when they pulled the plug back then.

I have been paid like clockwork the last 3 weeks. They offered me 100% bonus up to 10K and had zero issues getting paid. Maybe because I'm handsome?
