Bovada Account Disabled During Verification – No Updates for Nearly Two Weeks

Hello everyone,


I’m hoping someone here can offer guidance or share similar experiences.





I’ve been a Bovada customer for about six months and have wagered tens and thousands of dollars during this time. I’ve always been a good player there and remain a net-losing customer overall. I’ve also completed several withdrawals in the past each for a few thousand dollars and never had any issues until now.





My most recent deposit was for $1,000, and I was given a 50% cash VIP exclusive bonus with a 10× rollover requirement. After meeting the rollover, I submitted a withdrawal request for $5,500 on November 8th. The following morning, my account was disabled pending verification. I was asked to submit several documents, which I provided immediately and without any issues.





After a few days with no update, customer service told me that due to my VIP status, my case had been escalated and should be resolved within 48 hours. A few days later, a supervisor told me the investigation would be completed by the end of the week. Unfortunately, I am now approaching two weeks with no communication at all from Bovada’s verification department and no progress on my account.





I’ve been completely cooperative and have never had any problems with previous withdrawals. I’m simply looking for an update on my account status and the withdrawal I requested.





If anyone from Bovada or the BMR dispute team is able to look into this, I would greatly appreciate it.

I hate reading threads like this about a sportsbook that advertises on the website you are posting. You might want to post that other advertised watchdog sites about what is going on with you.

I would hope that management would get involved with sportsbooks that use unscrupulous operations.

These books really bank on the customer not being able to complete the rollover successfully and when they do so they say to themselves f*** me. I always wonder if the delay tactics are because they don't have the funds available and wait for others to pour money in to payout but wouldn't think Bovada would fall into this.

Generally it's a pyramid scheme. I do believe a sportsbook like bravada is financially stable. I hate the idea that you can't call them

I hate reading threads like this about a sportsbook that advertises on the website you are posting. You might want to post that other advertised watchdog sites about what is going on with you.

Here on this site

I would hope that management would get involved with sportsbooks that use unscrupulous operations.
Unfortunately those reviews get moderated and the bad ones get filtered out. BMR is complicit in most of the complaints here

Update,

On November 20th they sent me an email saying they disabled my account on November 9th and copy and pasted the requested documentation. They told me I had 7 days to send it before my account would be permanently disabled. This was concerning because I sent the documentation November 9th and a supervisor confirmed it was received. The email acted like I never sent it.

Thankfully, yesterday evening I received a new email saying my documentation was received .

My account been disabled since November 5 of this year. Bovada sent me the same email thanking for verification on the 14th of nov . My account still disabled . The investigation department lazy fr and take their time . My cousin account been disabled since 06/04/25 they still haven’t reach back out to him .

Your cousin's account? Did you and your cousin happen to take bonuses?
