Seeing some other people sharing similar experiences. They asked me for the ID with selfie and bill, sent it in no problem, and they keep sending the same email asking for it, like they never received it. Finally after the 5th time sending it they told me to just wait for an update My balance was around 19k. Don't know exactly because I had some pending bets at the time and don't recall the exact amounts for the ones that won/lost, but it was around there.
