Slow pay no pay.

Leaving them up is harmful to the community. The job is to project the players here. And they should only be up as discretionary walk-aways
A few valid points but what’s your beef with Heritage and WagerWeb??

I’ve been with both awhile and they always pay.

Heritage can be up and down with whether customer service is friendly if you ever need help but they’ve never taken more than one day (same day or next day) to pay me.

Same with WagerWeb. Only real bad report I remember was the @JDS situation and that was resolved fairly quickly the way it should have been. They’ve also always paid me within a day or next day.

Been with both for years.

Because I’ve been told by individuals that formally worked for the company of Wager Webb specifically that the book went down under because Larry Zuko allegedly stole a tremendous amount of company money and left the book defend for itself. And with what’s going on with Wager Webb in Heritage lately, it reflects. They don’t have the money like they did anymore and they are slow paying and not paying

Of all people was just getting slow paid at Wager Webb. Oh well known member in the community even known by sports books. Enough is enough. I’m sick and tired of these books. Bullying everyone there in mind I haven’t been able to play at either of those books for about two years But, with the new tax regulations on wagers in specific states, the industry is going to grow and I don’t want it to grow into the wrong books and give people a bad taste in their mouths. If it was a perfect world people would only bet at book maker And be online

"A perfect word only betting at BM and BetOnline"

Not really. Without options out there, the game becomes much harder to beat. Just have to be careful about balances you keep at various shops (yes, it takes some work to manage balances and decide what amount of risk you are willing to take on balances) but picking off soft lines when you have 15 or 20 books to choose from is generally how the game is beat.

Payment and risk wise, 100% agree. If all shops paid within 15-20 minutes and they were effectively like a bank account, absolutely.

Jazz/ABC/Nitro - Pretty obvious. (I did hear about a couple payments very recently at Nitro...maybe some NFL crypto inflows there but feels like all 3 are in trouble)

BetWhale/WagerWeb - haven't used either in ages.

Heritage - Honestly haven't heard much either positive or negative lately.

One comment about Everygame, and I would be the last to defend them as I cannot stand them but being fair about it...for a small rec player, probably not that bad. Interface isn't bad, payment limits are not going to generally effect that player, bonuses are usually 100% or similar. But, if you have built your balance up (or are just a larger player, sharp play limited fairly quickly), the slow pay slams down. Nothing has changed, they have always had that pay structure. $2500 after several days of waiting, then 7 before another request. Effectively $5K/month limit. So, cannot go into that shop planning on betting anything above maybe $100. Waste of time. But again, small rec guy that wants $50 on the game, probably not terrible. Now, if he hits that 8 game lottery ticket parlay for $20K, enjoy your 4 month chore of getting paid.

It seemed like it was handled a lot quicker because I was silent about it for nearly 2 weeks and then when they decided they were not gonna pay me, I realized I needed some help, so BMR and all my buddies here at the forum when I created that epic thread, we pushed them against their back and they had to pay me every fuckin’ cent. Or they were going to be downgraded and lose probably a lot more than what they were trying to save by not paying me.

Heritage is fine, it’s wagerweb I’m worried about

A couple months ago they switched to a pph skin. Seemed like a weird thing to do for a mid size book. Considering they’ve been using heritage’s software and sharing space for the better part of a decade, I assumed they split, and it probably wasn’t a mutual thing

To be fair, wagerweb did send me max payouts daily until my 5 figure balance was paid in full, but I wouldn’t even consider returning until they have a new website. They’ve been saying for months it’s coming but I’m not confident it is

Sad to see so many longstanding trustworthy books take a turn for the worst

So just for clarification, when Larry Zuco left, heritage and wager web did merge. They used to be separate but in the same building. Now the payout department, ect is the same. Not exactly sure about the lines. It’s the same owner now. I believe heritage bought them out. Now here’s a little offshore lore. I don’t know if Larry Zuco straight up stole money, or there was a dispute because Larry Zuco was running the show at wager web, got cancer, and maybe quit and took what he felt was part of what he was owed? Not sure but that’s the lore. Lot of he said she said. I had a former customer's service agent tell me a lot of this stuff that I was close with. Also Jamie from wager web is a bitch

Larry Zuco was a big reason I got all my money. Talk to him on the phone several times without him I wouldn’t have gotten a full payment and only a partial. Here’s my story below.

Yes Larry is a great guy. I bet you he was given all the workload, put in charge of everything, paid like crap, got cancer and said f*** it and took what he felt he was owed. I just saw the PPH of WagerWeb today and I started laughing, what the actual f*** is going on with these places. Why are they hurting so much? Syndicates and bonus arbers can’t be that bad.

Heritage/WagerWeb is a C- level book these days.

They pay - so long as you don’t commit the capital crime of winning too much or too quickly or of picking winners too often.

Everyone else in the list is a a step above BettorsDen/BetWWS/Oddsmaker on my level of trust - that is to say D-.

These days - BOL/BM aren’t the only solid books - but the circle is considerably smaller than it was in years past. BetUS is solid - just not exactly customer friendly when it comes time to pay always. Bet105 isn’t bad - but things can and do change quickly in this business. Bovada without a bonus if you’re a rec type player os ok. Betanything is a solid B level - BetNow is more like a C+. YouWager is in that C+ / B- range too.

I wouldn't be that strict with bettorsden.

They decrease the limits, they move the lines, they add timer to accept a bet. These signs show a lot. Apart from the timer, it operates to some extend similar to BOL where as I have said I wish many more bookies would run on a such model - having their own independent lines, instead of buying the odds from the stupid providers.

Dont forget, it must be the old 5dimes which used to be very reputable, never heard of confiscating funds or sth.

I read on other threads about the delayed payments, but they pay as it is shown so far. I wish it is temporary until they pay fast again..

Yes, I agree. I think they’re going to make it and be fine.

Everything you mentioned about their risk management indicates that they’re doing things properly and in it for the long haul.
