Bookmaker.eu voiding WINNING bets/ theft

Wow, now Im getting paranoid, first heretagesports.eu turning me away and now Bookmaker.eu voiding 3 winning bets ( On Christmas lol )

They were for live wagering and they are claiming a bad line on a NBA Total which changes so fast throughout the game. The worse part is I bet the other side live wagering at Over 193.5 ($750) at another site (had/Thought I had??? Under 197 for $155/$133/$122) . This was all live wagering, so not sure how they can claim wrong line on 3!!!!!! seperate bets. I will include the chat below. Very frustrating. Been off and on with them for probably over a decade!!! Never once a complaint and always paid, but this is BS and a lot of money to cost me. They don't list the time the bets was placed/when they were deleted. That is what makes this theft!!!! I was really hoping to have the time they voided the wagers but of course its no where to be found. I was at risk without a chance to win.

thats just not right, ive had plays that were +600 and lose and never refunded

there other site had 193.5 and 190 at one time.

The line was at under 197 +600. Ive seen them do crazy things in the past on totals This was extreme so I took the bet. I can probably show a live wagering NBA total live wager of +600 ticket which lost which they didnt refund if that helps. My biggest problem is it taking 10 minutes or more to void the bet, if theres an issue. Theres no timestamp when they voided it but I know it was there with 6 or so minutes left in the game. Again I can find a +600 nba live wagering total that lost they didnt refund, so how can they say bad line now????????

At least you didn't fraudulently bet into a bad line. You were on the bad side of the bad line regardless. Sucks but they have to cancel those bets because of the frauds betting bad lines.

I'm not following your logic here. There's nothing inherently wrong with a +600 line, so of course they won't void all of them. What matters is the specifics of your situation. If the odds were incorrect/stale, then offshore books reserve the right to void. I don't like it either, but we lost that war a long time ago.

I don't think you can even buy/sell 12 pts pregame at Bookmaker or most places for that matter. Live at BM is usually 2-3 pts. gL on your bets.

Yeah no idea how they come up with 209 for the correct? line, the original line even closed at 206.5 if they wanted to use that as the reason for the mistake. My bets said under 197 +636 and I got 3 of them in 155/133/122 all at the same number/line. Theres no time stamps which sucks, like I said Id be really interested in the time difference between taking the bet and voiding it. With live wagering everything changes so fast also.

As for knowing if it was a bad line or not, I hate to sound like a smart ass but If I knew that Id be rich. Its their business and thats why they have their rules.

It hasnt been long, but if only they would show when they took the bet and voided it I would be in complete acceptence, otherwise they get to hide if they were taking a shot. If it was more than 5 minutes on a live wager I think its wrong to void it after that time, but thats my opinion only. Im thinking it was 10 minutes which is a long time in a sporting event. Also no e-mail about any cancelled bets.

Be careful with Live wagers going forward, is my only advice.

I have bets cancelled by bookmaker, vol, Sportsbetting, bovada. If they hang a little long enough it will be consider a bad line.

Also bookmaker sometimes have +894 lines that are pretty obvious incorrect. But they get bet down to +150 because it is so wrong the whole world hammers it.

I'm kinda moving on from this, in the moment after it happened I was very upset upset. Especially since I lost a bet on the other side. It doesnt need to be called theft in the title either.

The only thing that needs to be aware is they can void live wagers!!!!

I also wish they had a time stamp on how long after the bet was placed they voided it.

I thought about how Ive been with them for 10 or so years off and on and never once had a voided bet, so it was all new to me and not expected.

Going to move on.

They literally pay out bitcoin within an hour or 2 max, wish all sportsbooks operated like that.

They do this alot. The problem is they void it for wrong lines when you win. I have proactively before the match ended, told them their scores and lines are incorrect and aligned with FlashScore (and SofaScore has the correct match info). They wont void them if they are losing wagers with incorrect lines, Ive tried plenty of times to get the answer on why when the same thing happens that the winning tickers are the ones voided, and the losing ones stand. I tested it out even and had a friend place a wager on his personal account on the same match. Well, I won - they voided it. He lost, they graded and kept it. Exact same wager and odds - just different sides.
