bookmaker.eu problem

First of all have a good day,
Today i logged to my account at bookmaker.eu and saw that i don't have money in my account. I had 7160EUR yesterday and when checked, saw some strange adjustments that they took my money .
Than contacted their live support and there is their reply:

It seems that in the past you had an issue with a deposit or a payout in one of those companies, so for that reason and in order to guarantee the safety of our company the only methods available for you to deposit will be **, **, bitcoins, and cryptocurrencies. For this same reason we had to refund the deposits made with the card since we can't accept them.






I don't know which companies they work together but my deposits were maden on 22th May, so than there wasn't a problem but after my balance exceeted to 7160EUR , there began to have problems.
And during this time, of course i had ups and downs and after i saw today, that my balance has been at 0eur, i was a little bit shocked.
The customer support just doesn't have an idea, what they are doing there, so i hope, really you can sort it out for me as this is a little bit robbish.
Deposit to these jokers is 1380EUR and the total amount right now is 7160EUR , so 5800EUR has been confiscated by this A bookmaker.eu .

As they informed me, they received dispute and if i don't close the dispute, they will not pay my winnings.
So will try to solve it with the supervisor.

I made two bets in Bookmaker.eu , both for break in 7 th game of match Bellier vs Griekspoor :

I went for two bets , each 15 eur to win 99 eur , for break in 7 th game . I made bet BEFORE game started , and for normal regular odd , i mean similar odds that were before in Bookmaker.eu for break Griekspoor . I won , although 7 th game started 0-15 for Griekspoor . But finally Bellier won , i should won . They say bet was past . I dont care if they have some issues . I made my two bets BEFORE game started , and for NORMAL odds . So i should get paid . Its 100 % easy case . Their answer :

So , they lie . It wasnt past bet . And i want to say clearly once more : i made normal fair bets , they should be settled .
Btw they had recently some issues with past bets . I saw some of them . I made 1 eur stakes for this , i lost , and guess what they did ? They SETTLED AS LOST . So they are 100 % thiefs .

So Bookmaker.eu is legit thief . Before in the past the robbed me some eur , in this year many my Bitcoin deposits were cut - 10 % , its joke . But i couldnt do nothing . Now they started steal regular bets .

im not sure what u mean , i said here truth , i dont have nothing to hide , 100 % my bets are won , its not even small chance my bets can be void . they also give some shiat lie as reason . I dont care if later their odds frozen for 7 th game . I made bet BEFORE for NORMAL odds , so my bet is 100 % good . This case is simple like 2 +2 = 4
