They did a massive website redesign and staff overhaul early last year. Things have changed. I am a large tennis wagerer and have only been with them solely for almost a decade. I now am disputing a 40k error with the proof on a live blackjack hand that went dark and froze when the dealer busted. I have screenshots of the account balance being correct as well in the mini-bj digital application that lives on a different server and was still operating. They refuse to send me the hand by hand history and have also now sent 3 different documents, cropping balance information out, etc when the error occurred Wed 3/13 and then on Fri 3/15. Wednesday said my balance was 65k before the win and cropped out the balance section on a screenshot in that email. Then Friday, they send the same document uncropped showing my balance was 99k before the hand. Just filed a formal complaint, odd to crop out a balance column Wednesday and provide another spreadsheet that shows 65k and say that is the correct info - then Friday say the cropped off balance info on Wednesday was correct at 99k. So now have 3 different documents they've presented, screenshotted and cropped, with all different numbers when my computer screenshots show exactly the situation - i had 105k and won 40k and while play was down luckily the miniBJ digital app window updated and exactly shows 133,930 (i tipped the dealer 100 after the hand, which also didnt show on their activity log but all tips do - at least from the previous 15 or 20 or so I have requested and received promptly. This time they arent sending them to me.
