Bookmaker.eu - Insta-gubbing new accounts?

Told a few of my friends to sign up to bookmaker - They all got bet-points restricted instantly.

My account is still going fine but seems they aren't liking new accounts right now.

Anyone else had this?

Happened to a friend of mine this afternoon, after I had spent weeks singing BookMaker's praises to him. They wouldn't even give him the sign-up bonus he had selected when making his initial deposit.

I wonder if it's the same way at JustBet and Galaxy.

My cousin signed up for Bookmaker and this was back in September/October and they said it was a Manager's decision to now allow a new user bonus. Told him to give Just Bet a shot but told him to ask before he deposits this time. He said when he created the account the new bonus was there to claim and while he was talking to support the option was taken away.
