Hello,

I am reaching out regarding the prolonged blocking of my account, which holds a balance of $6,500. Since May, I have sent between 15-20 emails without receiving any response, and I am becoming increasingly concerned as my account remains locked, and support has not acknowledged my messages.

Here is my situation in detail. I created my account on February 14, 2024, based on a recommendation from a friend who has used this platform since 2021 without any issues. Everything was smooth until April, with withdrawals processed successfully. Then, in April, my withdrawal was suddenly canceled, and I was asked to submit documents along with a selfie for verification. I submitted everything on April 9, and my documents were accepted. Later, on April 16, I was asked to complete a form, which I submitted that same day.

Since then, the only response I received was in May, when I was told my documents were still under review. Despite numerous follow-up emails, I have only received automated replies, and my requests for assistance have gone unanswered. It’s now been several months since I initially began the verification process in April, and I am reaching out again, hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I didn't use any bonuses. I only placed live bets on football, basketball, tennis, and table tennis. There were no withdrawal options available—just email replies being ignored and inactivity in the chat. My total deposits amounted to $6,000, and my total withdrawals to $11,600.

Thanks. I've added you to the spreadsheet here. Your case looks quite different from the other outstanding cases in that you didn't take a bonus. Assuming that the information you provided is accurate, I'll be surprised if you don't get paid.

A friend of mine who just wanted a reputable sportsbook that the could bet at (not an advantage player, bonus abuser etc.) just signed up at Bookmaker last week. He never made a single deposit or anything but when he tried to make a deposit he found out that he couldn't because his account was disabled. When he contacted live support about it they said that it was "per management decision". I told him to contact live support about it this week to see what they say.

garbage website. had to take 3 wires, each at a cost of $600 and hassle from my bank and no doubt uncle sam.
Not a recommended way to get paid with Bookmaker from experience. So learn from that and try their other methods available. They are not a garbage website, I’ve been playing with this establishment for 2 decades so you are off base to suggest such a thing, no disrespect intended.

I understand this to mean that BM forced him to accept a bank wire. They would not pay via crypto as some sort of punishment for taking a withdrawal.

Oh it’s one of those newer accounts that they feel like could be involved with a syndicate ?

Could be, but I don’t know the details. Just recalling that there were several complaints about BM bettors being forced into accepting bank wire payouts.

This is unnecessarily costly in fees and of course bank scrutiny.
