I tell the guy who answers what I'd like to do, and he says "no problem...let me transfer you."

While on hold for about 5 mins, call has ended...(happened twice)

This could be a "personal foul"....."they were givin him the business."

Tried again at CHAT today, and they said they were gonna call me.

When I registered at BOL (about 7 or 8 years ago) I had a different phone and computer.

We'll see what happens. My "hustling" didn't work so good as I'm commin of an 0 fer 3 night. LOL
