BOL Bonus Shenanigans

I've used BOL a lot in the past. Always been good. They sent me a bonus offer and wouldn't honor it yesterday though. I found the chat to be pretty shady. I posted it below. Has this kind of thing happened to you guys when using BOL?

My money is on you pulling the shenanigans hence why they pulled bonus offerings to you, but they might just give you that bonus to keep you from tying up their chat que, congrats.

I think this type of thing is happening a lot. BOL sends out an email telling players they are no longer eligible for bonuses. Then, much later, they send the same player bonus offers and don't honor them.
It's frustrating.
They called me recently and told me I was eligible and that I should deposit. So I did and then they didn't honor it.
Great book, but not honoring bonus offers is definitely shady.

I was always curious that in bonus section almost every 5 days there is a post about

Betonline bonus with different name.

So you can take bonus over current bonus and just stack them up???
