Bodog promotion team sketchy

Black tier. Been with them for years.
Used to get VIP deposit offers every Monday, as well as non-deposit bonuses and point adjustment balance.
Disappeared for awhile and them came back. But has vanished again for the past 4 weeks. Talked to customer service agent today and they said I don't show as having VIP status.

Was it revoked? Is the promotion team mucking around, are they changing parameters? Considering my wagering activity the past month, impossible to believe it has been revoked. Anything to do with promotion direction seeing it's Super Bowl time.

Bodog and their customer service/promotions been going downhill ever since those site glitches. Some say everything stopped when bitcoin went into the tank.

Update.....Got put back on VIP list and qualify for weekly bonuses day after the Superbowl. I figured this would happen, smells bad on their end.

Why was I removed to begin with? So they didn't have to reward/compensate for losses during that period. Concentrating on NEW customers and their SUPER BOWL promos with the bonuses they were giving them and piss on the loyal customers.

TIme to find a new book. Bodog operates dirty and their customer service agents are full of crap.

I don't believe I'm removed from their VIP, but my offers are 50% $200 with 30x rollover on sports. They've been the same every Monday now for probably close to a year now.

I used to get 50% $500, even an occasional 100% $750 or $1000, and only 6x rollover. I believe I even had better, too.

You aren't the first to say Bodog/Bovada customers have had their rollover change to 30X.

I used to get 'another little gift' point adjustments frequently as well as non-deposit bonuses, those have completely dried. Moderators/customer service agents will tell you it's a "random" generated thing but a moderator was replying to a post last week and basically confirmed that being in the VIP club, free play would be adjusted if your balance is $0. Have customers been misguided all along by these people? Is that the reason why many customers have commented they haven't seen "another little gift" in so long, they have been stripped of their VIP status without knowing or enquiring.

Some customer service agents will keep you on hold for 20 minutes if you enquire about a non-deposit bonus, pretending their researching it. While others take no more than 3 minutes. They're all going by a playbook given, their responses are scripted for the most part.

It's been downhill ever since those glitches were going on about a year now. Bodog sent an email to it's customers saying "it should be better/it will be better". Couldn't be farther from the truth.

A far, far cry from the first-ever 100 percent cash bonus up to $2k I got from them with a 1x roll about two decades ago

I got an Email from Bodog for 100% Deposit bonus for a maximum of $500, I don't know the rollover.

They appreciate me show much, they won't give me a non-deposit bonus, or "another little gift". But, they'll give me a 100% bonus match with increased rollovers at X20 instead of all offers I usually get which are X5. They must really think I'm stupid.

Weekly VIP bonus banner gone from my login this morning, guess I have been removed again. What trash Bodog/Bovada are, but then again, can't be too surprised, this company seems to have way too many issues, just by reading the threads on various forums. Not listed/mentioned as a top Canadian book on multiple sites I checked out yesterday.

Yeah, it’s frustrating with bovada. I had bitcoin exclusive with many perks and it was taken away and replaced by 30x r/o redeposit “bonus”. After a few months, the original perks came back. Started getting “another little gift” a few times per month so I stick around. But the glory days are over for bovada.

They sent out email this morning with a survey with $10 incentive. Must be hurting, no one is surprised. They've turned to CRAP!!
