Also, if you’re in the mood for a sandwich, get it as a wrap instead - same inner ingredients, but you’re cutting out a lot of carbs with that bread. Pizza too. If you can go flatbread or Joseph’s Lavash like we do - it’s actually a healthy alternative…..
