Only thing I can say about Arby‘s that it’s better than scumbag Burger King.

Arby's is what I'd call "clean beef or chicken fast food"

The roast beef; their chicken sandwiches, etc aren't greasy or fried and if you pull off the bun you get a keto friendly meal w great protein: calorie ratio
