In order for that to happen we need some appreciation from management. @BobbyFK constantly belittles me and makes me feel sad. We feel as we are peons with no self worth. All we want is respect and to have some sort of worth. Many here have lives , jobs , families and responsibilities, all I have is BMR, Facebook and IG. I would love for some incentives here. Agree to an extent but what we are asking for is very cheap to make. Shirts and hats won’t cost that much. It’s a nice gesture and that’s what businesses need to do at times. I spend a lot of money giving stuff away for my business. It’s part of running a business.

Imagine it - JJ rocking his BMR gear out in public at the dollar store or the thrift shop. People see him and immediately begin to login to BMR to see what it’s all about.

I'm not sure T-shirts, caps, etc... help drive business unless you are in the right area. If people would wear this stuff at casinos, local poker clubs, or similar places where degenerates are sure to be hanging out, then yes it might help.

Im personally not talking about doing it to drive business. More of an appreciation. What I give out in marketing doesn’t really make a difference in my bottom line but everyone loves the gesture. It’s just good to do.
