What you are about to read is real. The participants are not actors. They are actual posters with a case pending at BMR. No parties have agreed to drop their claims but their cases will be settled here, before Judge Rudy, in our forum: The People's BMR Court.

Judge Rudy: Today I will be hearing opening arguments about posters not actively posting on the forum, yet playing in poker and/or contests. Some, even making a mockery of this stance.

Judge Rudy: I see both sides in this case. Not everyone bets every single sport so ofcourse they might be inactive during a season. We see that all the time regarding posters. But, we also see tons of scammers and posting just adds one extra step for security. It also might help bump the forum when searching in google? (HEARSAY- I dont know if true). It is easy to work around post count rules with good lucks, nice win, etc. This is a slippery slope and the court needs to determine a correct way to proceed

To play devils advocate, hopefully the new members who join these contest/poker tourneys will be more active on the forum when they see all the winning/interesting threads.

As I mentioned before, players who join the poker/contest should make themselves valuable to this community. Being valuable means you interact and exert little effort to know everyone here in the forum. No one wants a freeloader. We want this community to grow.

Rudy, There are a number of protestors outside the court building. They have signs the read "Non-posters are people too". They won't go on the record though since they don't want to be posting.
