The dealers don’t know shit, I‘ve asked a female and male baccarat dealer how many hands in a shoe. They were absolutely clueless. This was months ago when I was still learning the card game. The answer is approximately 60.

Is there a played card stack?? If so at the end of the shoe it's another pre shuffled shoe introduced. Otherwise a Shufflemaster continuously shuffles 4 to 6 decks. Deal just drops played cards bsck into the machine.
