Bitcoin withdrawal help

My bookmaker refused my bank transfer withdraw request, and said make another request with bitcoin. I guess they are want to play tricks with the rate. How can I make sure they are not sending the money with a bad rate? Or should I ask them what will be the rate? Sorry if its obvious, I never did bitcoin withdraw. Thanks for any help!

They don’t know will the rate of bitcoin go up or down. Hence there isn’t a inherently advantage.

Just make sure the bitcoin payout amount at the time the book sends you withdrawal approval matches the market rate at a site like this. If not, take it up with customer support.

I 2nd this, ran into a technical error with bookmaker, and it took BMR to help resolve. Not fun when they book tells you to go pound sand.
