Betwhale not paying!

I submitted a withdrawal with Betwhale on 02/13 and after a week it got approved on 02/20. I still haven’t been paid and today is 02/28.

I have seen many similar reviews across some other sites from people having similar payment issues.

Consider yourself lucky. I’m at 15 days and counting.

Do even a little research and you’ll see people are struggling currently with them. Payout times have drastically increased for others and most are in the same boat as me

Just to update here.. still no payment. If you check TrustPilot and SBR there are multiple people complaining about this over the last week.

I know Betwhale has paid in the past but something is currently going on with them.

I’d stay away for now

I shared my reviews with them and now both of my pending payouts have been received. There are still massive delays currently so buyer beware!

Curious - what were they offering that made them attractive to deposit to start ?

Gotta to be a bonus - low juice and high limits available elsewhere. Even with the bonus - how great was it - compared to some others who have proven they pay regularly.

I have no doubt they pay - EVENTUALLY and when it’s convenient for them. They are paying to advertise here - so some security in that as books preparing to close shop rarely bother paying to attract new money. But yea - have heard they can be “touchy” with payouts.

They offer good bonus but play unheard of games with payouts. Like will give you half your requested payout amount

Yes I updated the post. Please read the thread.

I even said there are numerous complaints across other forums about their payouts currently.

They switched from 3 days to 5 days on approvals. Then they went from 24 hours up to the new 72 hours to get paid.

I waited 3 weeks. That’s more than enough time to be “patient”

I took the new player match and it’s 125% cash match with a 10x rollover. My only issue is $500 payouts once every 10 days is absurd and in my case it took over 3 weeks

Did they post payout limits before you deposited ?

A lot of smaller/high bonus books have very low payout limits for a reason - hoping to keep your money knowing if they only have to pay a small weekly amount - you’ll eventually lose it.

If they post it upfront - it’s on you.
If they post a higher amount and won’t pay the posted limits - it’s on them.

They advertise $2500 max cash out but only approve $500 when you request it… which would be fine with me but waiting two weeks on top of that. Just brutal

I can confirm Betwhale has seen drastic payout changes recently and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried.

I have nearly a 10k balance and was typically getting $500 every 3-4 days. It now seems to be once every 10-14 days.

I will be withdrawing for a year

Can’t imagine calling yourself BetWhale implying they take big action but pay peanuts.

If you check BetWhales TrustPilot review page they’ve been flooded with payout complaints on there. They’ve begun responding to them on there as well.

Pay outs are never an issue for me

I am now over the new 5 business day approval timeframe (used to be 3)

Submitted early morning on 03/01

Today is 03/07 and still no approval.
