P.S. with the provisio that I don't expect to be using eCOGRA - I have seen where the discrepancies are from us highlighting different terms and approved providers on the Disputes drop-down form on their site. If you go to http://www.ecogra.org/ (nothing after last forward slash) - the option is to go to "Approved Testing Services" and "Self Regulation Services". I have been referring to the terms and dispute form drop-down of the former - (they are an approved testing service for Betway) - you have been looking at the terms and dispute form under the latter heading.
