PSA - book had been fairly decent, generally quick payouts and not terrible CS which you see at some of the other books. But an odd issue and no reason to why my live bet was cancelled. Risked $105 or thereabouts to win $78 and change. Score was 1-3 Edmonton, so I took the line of +2.5 on TB -133 had to pay for it a bit. Final ends 2-3 Edmonton. I am first told it’s a push be a representative then a manager Anthony tells me their 3rd party had an error on the line. This was not cancelled until after the game when I went to see my win. Very odd and I’d suggest being carfuls if you play here.

At what point in the game did you bet?? 2 goal difference and plus 2.5 would almost always be -200 or more I would think but I don't follow hockey lines closely. Sure looks like a line error without knowing more details. Sucks when it is graded after the fact though as it makes it look like a freeroll. What period and time was your bet placed?? gL on bets tonight!!

I bet it before the 3rd started, I see the types of Soccer lines often as well, takes in to factor road team, guessing empty net possibility. I had an under live bet the other night bruins vs blue jackets. Blue jackets pulled their goalie for about 3 minutes and somehow survived. I can assure you if Edmonton went and won 4-1 like I usually get hit with, the line would be just fine….

Sometimes the problem isn’t you put the line when it was bad, but the line then got stuck and it eventually became bad.

You are right, I actually did a $1 opposite bet knowing it was bad in their favor against a $1 bad line in my favor. They only remove 1 side of it.

Honestly, don’t see how the line was bad at all and you’re right if I was on Edmonton -2.5 you think that supposed errant line would be refunded to me. HELL NO!! This would actually be a good audit for these offshore fraudulent live sites that need to have 0 accountability. If they lose enough on a live line they can just say line was an Error, it’s bullshit

I can actually even confirm more, just got off the line with a rep from wagering. He says “all we can see is it’s a bad Line”. I say what was wrong with the line the ML the goals what, “we don’t Know all I can see is it’s a bad line”. So openly can do that with anything they want

Wow! He was my VIP Account Manager. He would call every other day until I stopped answering his calls. I haven’t played there in 3-4 months. Just checked my account and he’s not listed as my account manager anymore.

Ya...they said my "account manager" was at first a lady named "Karla." Every time I asked to speak with her about withdrawals "she" was never available.
There is no "Karla." They all use "fake American sounding names."
This guy "Gavin Grey" would call me up to five times per day! Always from Quebec, Canada. LOL.
I hit them early and often on, always their live betting... building up a decent bankroll. Bounced checks to me, charged my credit card four times after stiffing me $14,800.
Gavin Grey said "Bro, we are keeping your money, because we can, because you do not pay taxes on it and it's not a legal sportsbook in the USA."
He and some tool named Jernstent.
They zeroed out my account because I wanted to withdraw all $14,800. I did this after they limited me to $1 per play. If you are a decent sized winner there, they will not pay.
never took a bonus. No rollover either.
With $14,800 in my account, they kept calling me to send them bitcoin. Made no sense. I refused.
This tells me they don't have money to pay winners.
AVOID BETUS.
In the last month, I've helped almost 1,000 people avoid them through social media, word of mouth, and podcasts. I get dozens of e-mails each day thanking me for the heads-up. No wonder they have so many negative reviews over the years. So many "F" ratings.
They flat-out steal.

Over the phone. He refused to put anything in writing. In writing, it was all canned, lame answers.

They paid me one time, and that was it.
