Betus is refusing to pay me out, won't tell me why

Hi all long time lurker first time poster. I decided to give Betus a try against my better judgement, ran hotter than the sun and turned 3k deposit into 31k. Requested 10k (their daily max) on Feb 3rd, got paid next day, but then when I tried to request another 10k I get an error message in the cashier saying "Error – Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1(800)620-1905 to complete your request. REF# 6011". I asked live chat what's up and they first said it was a glitch but then when it wouldn't go away they said "we're just waiting for a response from management". It's now been 3 days and they keep saying the same thing. Nobody can tell me what's going on. I'll post the screenshots I had with my account manager including when I told him that's it's not professional for a site to tell someone they don't know why I cant request a payout but I just have to wait, and he responds "it is what it is". Just wanna make this public to protect myself

Yes. I called and gave them the reference number and they said we don't know what's going on, we're awaiting a response from management. Also I did a zoom call on the 3rd and they said everything was good to go. They sent me 10k the next day and then this happened. Like I did a zoom call, sent in my ID and selfies of me holding it.......I'm attaching the screenshots of the chat

If you've done all that I'm guessing some mistakes been made. I'm pretty sure you'll get paid.

I was just gonna make a 4 figure deposit with them, if you don’t get all your money. They lose out on my business. I stand with you the player. Miz offered you some good advice be patient they should eventually pay you 7-10 day delay would be my educated guess.

It’s the posters that are rude to books and try and make them look foolish that have the most problem ultimately getting paid so I’d bide my time, do what they ask and there’s a strong possibility you’ll get paid
