does anyone else get this error message? I have no idea why I get it all the time and takes refreshes and closing windows, logging back in etc to get rid of. I only sign into this book on my computer and not my phone or anywhere else.

Yes it happens constantly. It has nothing to do with your computer.

This could be taken as a “conspiracy theory” but I believe this has been intentionally programmed into their platform with the goal of slowing down bettors who are logging in to snipe a bet on a game that’s moving. Sort of like a spinning wheel delay, but without the spinning wheel.

If it’s unintentional, then it’s just an error they refuse to fix the last year or two.

I don't think its a conspiracy theory -- I've never seen a website suddenly slow down so much when I'm trying to place a bet. Then all of a sudden its working fine (after the line moved). I don't play much with them anymore for various reasons, but I do believe they throttle users speeds when they are changing lines significantly.

They absolutely change their lines based on your account. Pull up games without being logged in and then log in and watch the lines change especially if you are winning off that sport. But yes logging in and going straight to a game only to run into that message is a lot of fun. Has been this way for years and now them adding live odds on the same page as upcoming games just cripples placing a fast bet more than ever, although there is a way around that but not as ideal.

i get it all the time as well.
I always refresh once because a lot of time when I refresh, it will show me worse or different odds.

They deal dual lines, and have forever. That is the root of the "error". You are given sharp lines but have to refresh it 6 times to actually see them. For some reason the rec lines are being shown to you.

I get that error about 50% of the time I try and add something to my bet slip. I think everyone does.
So f'ing annoying. I'm confident Baus is right. It's a form of slowing people down or seeing what you're gonna bet and deciding whether to change the line or not.
They also spool, sometimes only a couple seconds, sometimes 20 seconds. Also very annoying.
Betus pays and doesn't try and KYC people. But other than that, they play just about every mickey mouse game in the book.

I have a tremendous problem with betus.com.pa at the moment. I made a deposit of 300 dollars and also received a casino chip of 25 dollars with a free play of 45 dollars. Fine no problem.

After completing my sportsbook rollover of about 5100 dollars I requested two withdrawals of 5000 and 3600.

I put in the request. I spoke to 3 different reps which all told me not to worry everything is fine. I then spoke to my account manager over the phone at 7:31 pm central time who said yeah it should be done within a few hours everything looks good.

I then got a rejection (canceled) about an hour later. I got an email stating that per your account, your maximum withdrawal at this point is 125 dollars. This is management decision and it is final. I spoke to Ted my account manager at this point over chat who said sorry, there is nothing I can do, management decision. Please email you at custhelp@betus.com.pa

I am owed 8600 dollars and I am beyond upset.


I guess the lesson is don't take a bonus with them. It was difficult completing the sportsbook rollover as well as the casino rollover. It is a high rollover but thats fine, you take a bonus you get what you get.

Still after some bets, big bets (one was 1000, one was 3000 the other was 850). There was another one for about 350.

Still no response from them via email of phone call. It hasn't been 24 hours yet.

The thing is, there was no initial rejection! Everything was fine. After speaking with 3 reps plus my account manager, they told me everything was fine, first step waiting manager authorization then waiting supervisor authorization. Then canceled.

Why?

According to my account, 125 is the maximum allowed via withdrawal. I asked then why did you ask me to deposit 300 dollars plus a 25 dollar casino chip AND 45 dollar free play. "Sorry management decision nothing I can do"

It was also about a 5100 dollar rollover which is difficult to complete as it is and frankly that is high for a 45 dollar free play, but whatever that is the price I guess you pay to get a sports free play.

I had an issue with them over the summer involving a security measure and it took a week to get paid but they made it right and paid.

This situation is completely different.

I'm glad that some players including you have been paid by betus, that's all that matters.

I am still hoping they make this situation right, though I still have not heard from anyone there in over 24 hours as to my situation.

I am in 5th place (300 dollars) in their diamond tournament they have at the end of every month.

If they don't pay that out either then I am not sure what is going on.

I saw Bovada do this years ago when they were a massively-rec book. Sad to see the practice still exists.
