BetUS Crypto Exchange Rate

I tried to make a bitcoin deposit into BetUS a few minutes ago and they offered a rate of $35,000 while most exchanges have it priced around $38,000. I talked to someone on chat and they said their crypto processor takes their cut and that's why the rate is different. Has anyone else experienced this?

At least they were honest with you. Usually they say there is no 3rd party cut taken and you got the market rate, like you're some kind of idiot. With that being said, I only experience this with BetUS occasionally. Usually the deposited amount is close enough.

I have the same experience. I think on average they take about 0.5%. So if I deposit $1,000 I will probably see about $995.

8% seems way too high...if the exchange rate different is that high, you should just not deposit or wait till they close the gap a little.

books shouldn't charge the user to get the account funded... or when cashing out... processor fees? that is the sportsbook's responsibility, not the user's.
