Betting with irish based companies could create problems . Watch it!

From looking at the internet etc etc nobody is able to help with payment problems . Gambling commission IBAS all say its nothing to do with them. so it appears Sports Spread.com who have failed to pay lots of people simply do not pay. They just void winning bets and we cannot do anything

What is to stop any Irish place not paying . The Gaming Act states you cannot by law get your cash . Please see the argument put up by Sports Spread when they were taken to court . So they are entitled to accept losing bets only and winners can go to hell. And no mistake looking on here and elsewhere it is happening a lot . Loads of people are owed money . I for one will not bet with an Irish company again . You have been warned .

Seems like they need to legislate here. How can they accept losing wagers only and not pay winners...that literally winning every bet they take!

Irish regulation has been "happening" for years. I'm not really sure where it is up to right now though.
