Betsonic: Lost bet when it's not

Hi, I tried betsonic and everything was going well.
Today I made 2 different doubles with one same game:
First one
Al Arabi SC - Lekhwiya
Fenerbahce-Kasimpasa

Second one
Al Arabi SC - Lekhwiya
Stade Rennais FC - Angers SCO

In both bets I bet 1 (Al Arabi SC) and they won, the other 2 games should be still running... Instead they classified my bet status as LOST

Now I'm wondering how I lost both bets even before the second game has been played...
It's unbelievable.

I sent email to their support and waiting for an answer, but I also create this topic to advice for the other players. Hope they will fix it

Ok Fenerbache e stade rennes scored so i won both of that... i'm waiting forse An answer

Ok solved, probably they made a mistake. Today in the morning I saw that both were "WON" and they gave me the money, later they also answered to my previous email saying that "the betting department re-settled both of them as won".

My experience with them seems that will continue

Another time...
They classified this bet as lost. I can't checl every single bets cause i play a lot, it's not possibile i have to recheck the game..
