So I’m on their mobile site and trying to figure out how to change the time setting for the games (on website it’s PST but for the life of me can’t figure out how to change it in mobile site). Anyway, I stumbled on their “loyalty” program and it’s stating they have a VIP program.

Checking if anyone is a VIP with them, and if so, then did they receive anything worthwhile for being VIP? I’ve been with Bovada’s Hall of Fame-Red Room (their VIP status) for a few years and basically haven’t received anything worthwhile from them.

Qualifying for their vip program is extremely arbitrary and they don't say how to get it.
I used to be VIP and it was great -- 100% weekly bonus. Then it went to 50%, then I lost VIP.
At 50% it was marginally better than CRYPTO35 [or CRYPTO30], and had a significantly larger rollover.

Most of their VIP benefits listed are BS, everyone gets fast payouts etc. They did have a good 'dedicated' customer service team though.

50% reloads 2x per week (used to be 3x) for sports. It also includes 100% casino reloads but those are not worthwhile.

They do 100% sports offers with it as well but those are usually every 6-8 weeks if I had to guess. They also include 25 free $1 spins in casino and they used to do weekly $10,000 VIP casino tournaments that nobody really participated in. They were actually pretty decent EV per person. I'd guess the value was close to $50 per player looking at the leaderboards. They took these away though sadly.

The value of those contests was much higher. Most people had no clue how to use the right strategy especially on roulette. I made 5 figures on them.
