No off-shores can compete with BOL in terms of limits or payout speed/reliability. Lines there are competitive with the best. These are by far the most important things for pro bettors. What else can we ask of them?
Minor quibbles:
- Multiple selections should not default to parlay
- Stop running iesnare or other trackers
- Quote the market rate on crypto deposits (others have pointed out they always give the market rate, just don't quote it.
Really struggling to think of anything else to complain about.
Their CS is horrible. Every other issue I have to argue with them for almost an hour. Just occurring in the Fall of 2022 where I had to deal with these experiences:
1) Mailing deposit promo in their NFL magazine in August or September.. Initially declined when I attempted to use deposit code so I called them and they still refused. Next day online chat and had to send them a picture of the magazine page of the promo code. After about an hour waiting, the promo code was applied.
2) Requested a payout and was told initially I had an outstanding r/o from a previous deposit. CS didn’t say it directly but basically stating they don’t zero out r/o when losing my entire initial deposit and bonus. CS didn’t listen to me and kept reading their standard script of rules. But it doesn’t specifically state that it doesn’t zero out. I also pointed out that it wasn’t showing r/o on their graphs in my account. I called twice and one online chat and CS still refused to listen. I even asked to speak to the supervisor and was refused. The next day a supervisor callled me back and said they’ll process the payout.
3) 2 or 3 times had to follow up with their promos involving like bet X amount on an event for the weekend or something like that and later that week you get a bonus. It was supposed to be automatically credited into your account but in most cases you had to follow up multiple times with them to get bonus credited into your account.
Oh man, I don’t get the complete love of BOL. It’s great overall but jfc it is definitely not straight up holy grail of books.
