Hello BookMaker Review Community. I regret to inform you all that I am downgrading BetOnline to A tier after the most insufferable conversation with one of their floor supervisor’s today. I sent one of my personal friends to BetOnline earlier this evening. I didn’t even know BetOnline had a refer a friend program but I decided to try it out. You get 50% of their deposit up to $100. My friend deposited $500, but I never got the referral credited. Went to customer service, was told all is well he just needs to wager his funds, and I’ll be credited. Long story short, he does, I never get credited. They start to claim he never used my link. Not sure if this is because he won or not. Anyways, in this customer service chat, the guy is incredibly disrespectful and condescending. Claiming I didn’t do it right. I asked him if they could manually put it in after showing a picture of the previous agent claiming the referral was registered, and I got it with a “that’s not how it works.” I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor.
