Betngo Cheating . Very interesting story

Hi, I registered in March in Betngo. I lost my money there. April I got e-mail for APRIL RELOAD BONUS 50 % up to 100 euro. I deposited, played and won 822 euros. I completed the terms and the conditions as I made 10 different bets by 100 euro. Then I tried to transfer my money from Sports section to My Account . I couldnt so I contacted the Support.

What was my surprise when I entered into my account and I saw my balance was zero. I got an e-mail saying that I made only 2 bets instead of 10 . Also that the time of the bonus expired on 1st of April. That `s absolutely bull shit. They maybe looked in my previous deposit when I signed up. I have screen shot with my 10 bets made APril and May. How can my bonus expire on 1st of April when I deposited on 22nd of April for the Reload

So , I sent 5 e-mails asking what is going on. Also I sent screen shots.

I received second e-mail that I played Casino. BUT I NEVER DID. IT CAN BE SEEN ON MY HISTORY. ALSO THAT I BROKE RULE FOR MULTIPLE BETS .BUT I DIDNT PLAY MULTIPLE BETS. SINCE THAT I HAVE NO ANSWERS AND MY BALANCE IS 0 . STAY AWAY FROM BETNGO . I WILL MAKE MORE COMPLAINTS.
WHAT CAN I DO TO TAKE MY MONEY BACK. THANKS

Sometimes there is the allegation that funds are lost in the casino, with or without a player's knowledge. In many cases the problem is traced back to someone else with access to the account if the account owner is ruled out.

Do you have an idea if someone may be able to access your sportsbook accounts, a roommate or such?

Hello, I tracked the history in my account. Nobody played casino. I am also amazed why they said that. But in the next e-mail their support was claiming another reason for makin my balance 0.

Update. 378 euro back in balance and sucessfully withdrawn. But They dont want to return the rest -450 euros. They claim that I broke a rule- 2 bets on one event. First,,there is no such a rule. I did not break any rule. And I have screenshots of a friend who did 2 bes on one event and was paid So, they obviously are trying to cheat me. I will complain really to Interpol.
